I've built this from scratch. Twice.

As COO of TI'ME Georgia, I designed and implemented the entire operating infrastructure for a 25-person organisation — KPI frameworks, governance structures, standardised workflows, and cost optimisation programs that delivered a 20% reduction in operational expenditure.

Then I founded and scaled a hospitality business from zero, designed all systems and processes from inception, managed a team of 6, and exited at a 4x return on investment.
